Today, I am honored to be guest posting at Mommy Pants. Cheryl is a fabulous writer and she’s also the brain behind The Red Dress Club, a site dedicated to supporting writers. If you’re looking for some inspiration and the opportunity to meet some fantastic writers, check it out because it’s a wonderful place to connect.
But I must admit, writing this particular guest post was a process for me. I initially sent over my first draft to Cheryl, and then sent a second soon followed by a third revision. She continued to push me out of my comfort zone – and for good reason. She knew this post meant so much to me and she wanted me to nail it.
And I did.
It’s one of the most honest, raw and emotional reflections I’ve ever published. I would love for you to read that piece and show some comment love, for it’s the kind of post that makes me proud to call myself a blogger.
No, make that a writer.
